What will you need to pay - £100 holding fee at reservation, this will secure your place for 14days until paperwork is completed. If for any reason the paperwork is insufficient this will be refunded.
You will be asked to read and sign - Short Hold Tenancy Agreement and Guarantor Document, as well as provide proof of ID.
What happens Next – Once your paperwork is signed and received, the apartment is yours for your rental period and as such your apartment will be removed from the market!
Rental Payment Structure – Your deposit is due 7 days before your check in date. We ask for a payment equal to 4 weeks rent 7 days after your check in date. Then the remaining rent is paid in three instalments, Oct, Jan and April, which falls in line with student finance payments.
The £100 holding fee will be deducted from your first rent payment!
