Who are we?

Meet the family.

The short answer: we're an honest, fresh, friendly, innovative, approachable and practical student let company. Our ethos is smashing spaces, in the safest of locations, with everything (and more!) you're going to need.

That's Scarlett.
The long answer

A family run business, from Lincoln.

Scarlett Warmoth heads up The Dog House, with Helen and Malcolm right alongside her. (Yes, this really is a family affair.) Between us, our knowledge and experience spans construction, business, property management, interiors and customer service. Oh, and the occasional Bake Off quality bake too!

We're a very approachable team with an open door policy, for our staff and for you. We care a lot about who our tenants are, how they'll look after our homes and how considerate they'll be of their neighbours.

The family.

Scarlett

Heads up The Dog House

Designs every room, runs the business day to day, and is very often the person on the other end of the phone, whenever you need her.

Helen

The 'mother figure' on the end of the phone when you need it, and the brains behind the business.

Malcolm

DIY mastermind and maintenance guru.

The Collective Design & Build

Our own build and interiors company, so really it's us. It's the team behind the buildings and interiors across The Dog House, and over the next 18 months it will be bringing a new generation of graduate and young professional accommodation to Lincoln.
